Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester / Healthcare QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience in software testing, strong healthcare domain knowledge, and hands-on experience testing client-facing applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in healthcare claims, Medicare, and Medicaid testing, along with Client Administration certification.

The candidate will work closely with client stakeholders, development teams, and business teams to plan and execute testing activities and ensure high-quality application releases.

<.> Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
• Client Administrator (SF Admin) Certification is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with client-facing application testing.
• Strong Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience testing healthcare claims, Medicare, and Medicaid applications/processes.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL for database validation and data testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Good understanding of Maven and Jenkins.
• Experience with JIRA-based test management and defect tracking.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Test automation experience.
• Experience with API automation/testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Client application testing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of client-facing healthcare applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform testing related to healthcare claims, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate application and database data using SQL queries.
• Participate in JIRA-based test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and client stakeholders to resolve defects and testing issues.
• Coordinate directly with client stakeholders and provide regular testing status updates.
• Use Java, Maven, and Jenkins as part of testing and automation activities.
• Support API testing and automation initiatives where applicable.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks, testing gaps, and potential quality issues and communicate them proactively.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines and quality standards.
