Job Summary:

We are a well established skilled nursing home located in the town of Gasport looking for someone with the drive to further their career in healthcare. If you are someone who is currently looking for an AIT in healthcare administration or someone who is working towards their license to be a nursing home administrator please apply within to this excellent opportunity.

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Administrator to join our dedicated team at Absolut Care of Gasport in Gasport, NY. As a valued member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our community, supporting our residents, and driving our mission to provide exceptional care and compassion. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Administrator in the overall management and administration of the community, including leading and supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate and support the daily operations of the community, including resident care, services, and amenities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure a seamless care experience

  • Collaborate with the Administrator to identify areas for improvement and implement corresponding solutions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including resident files, medical records, and administrative reports

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the community
