What You'll Do
As a Field Service Engineer II, you'll provide hands-on technical support to healthcare facilities. This includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of specialized medical equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and repair on, medical diagnostic equipment, and kiosk systems.
- Conducting performance verification and equipment testing to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Documenting service activities and managing work orders using EMSAR's ServiceMax system
- Communicating with dispatch teams and customers to coordinate service calls
- Representing EMSAR professionally while working at customer facilities
Expect 25% of the role to include documentation and service reporting, with the majority focused on hands-on technical work in the field.

Education & Experience
Option 1
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of technical or field service experience
OR

- Associate degree or trade/technical school certification
- 1+ year of technical experience (including internship or apprenticeship)
Additional requirements:
- Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance
- Ability to operate personal, fleet, or rental vehicles
Physical & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and equipment handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment up to 125 lbs
- Regular use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Time spent both on-site at customer facilities and documenting service work electronically
