Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals, couples, and family units. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to understand the specific challenges faced by clients.
  • Engaging in individual and couples therapy sessions to address complex issues, such as relationship conflicts, grief, and mental health disorders.
  • Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve conflicts, enabling families to heal and thrive together.
  • Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance your professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your therapeutic focus will encompass a wide range of issues impacting clients of all ages. You will specialize in assisting individuals and families coping with:

  • Alcohol abuse and addiction recovery
  • Emotional and psychological trauma resulting from physical or psychological abuse
  • Grief and loss challenges
  • Conflict resolution among family members and siblings
  • Job-related stress and medical issues
  • Blended families and adjustment concerns related to separation or divorce
  • Interpersonal conflicts, such as mother/daughter relationships
  • Communication difficulties within families
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • An active, unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who bring experience working with diverse and complex client presentations. Recent graduates as well as seasoned practitioners are encouraged to apply, as we value the unique perspectives and skills each therapist brings to our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional growth. In addition to an attractive salary, our benefits package includes:
