Overview
Are you a sales professional interested in showcasing your skills and positive energy in an environment that strives to enhance health and wellness in all it's clients? Are you interested in leading a sales team to new heights while providing an exceptional client experience? Are you a believer in the health benefits of massage?
Elements Massage in Hilliard, Ohio is looking for a leader who is hands-on, bright, and outgoing, to join our team as a Sales Manager for our Hilliard location. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, providing management and coaching support to a team of sales associates, and maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience. This individual will also work closely with the other members of the Columbus management team to ensure a superb customer experience and cultivate a cohesive team environment. This position requires successful multi-tasking in a busy environment.
A successful candidate will have:
  • Sales Management experience, preferably in a massage studio, or salon/spa environment.
  • Ability to increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling of services.
  • Track record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Previous experience hiring and/or developing staff preferred. Must have a team-oriented philosophy and leadership style.
  • Basic familiarity with business financials, cash reconciliation and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical ability and aptitude for learning.
  • Comfort level with basic software packages.
  • Transportation throughout the Columbus and Dayton area to attend meetings, events, and expos as needed. Must be willing to work at any of the Hilliard, Easton, or Dublin locations as needed.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Desire to pursue management opportunities within the system.
