This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients through high-quality physical therapy services. Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Documenting patient progress accurately and promptly in our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through coordinated care.
  • Maintaining a safe and sanitary treatment environment consistent with departmental protocols.
  • Engaging in continuous education and professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in physical therapy.
  • Participating in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and preventive measures.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, especially spine surgeries, as well as individuals dealing with chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages, utilizing your expertise to help them regain strength, mobility, and independence. Your compassionate approach will not only facilitate recovery but also empower patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Candidates holding a Master's Degree (MSPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are encouraged to apply.
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida, maintaining an active status in good standing throughout employment.
  • Certification in CPR, either obtained at the time of hire or during orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, for effective documentation and communication.
Preferred Experience
