This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations and determine appropriate treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals.
  • Implement and modify individualized treatment programs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises, and techniques specific to orthopedic and spine care.
  • Make informed, independent decisions regarding patient care, always prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing practices in a post-acute care facility.
  • Develop strong working relationships with patients, families, and support departments to facilitate integrated care and enhance patient experiences.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality is upheld in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate actively in department meetings and contribute to community health projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring minimal paperwork while maintaining thorough patient records.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity by adhering to the ethical standards and Code of Conduct established by Easy Start Therapy, Inc.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, primarily comprising individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Easy Start Therapy, you will work closely with patients of varying ages and physical abilities, tailoring treatment approaches to meet their unique needs and goals. Your expertise will be critical in guiding patients through their rehabilitation processes, thus playing a pivotal role in their recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT), or a Master's (MSPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree from an accredited program; candidates graduating from a physical therapy program in 2003 or later must hold either an MSPT or DPT degree.
  • An active and valid physical therapy license for the state of Florida, in good standing as per state regulations.
  • Current CPR certification, with the requirement to maintain certification throughout employment.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy, with a preferred focus on spine rehabilitation.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite to support clinical documentation and communication.
  • Experience in managing a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.
