    Job description

    DPP is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team! If you are competitive, driven to succeed, collaborative, and eager to grow with a well established and reputable company, you are exactly what we are looking for!
    What we do:
    We find and place IT and Engineering professionals with incredible opportunities at innovative and cutting-edge companies in the Southeast and across the country.
    Roles and responsibilities:
    1. Sourcing Candidates: Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market
    2. Pipeline Management: Build strong pipelines of candidates based on client's most common requests
    3. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate’s technical experience, selecting the best match for our clients
    4. Candidate Submittal: Format resume and submittal package to highlight candidate’s top skills for client to review
    5. Recruitment Metrics: Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews and submittals to open jobs
    6. Interview Preparation: Prepare candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by client
    7. Program Compliance: Adhere to maximum bill rates and/or markups defined by the client program
    8. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.
    Required experience and skills:
    1. 5+ years of Technical/IT or Aerospace/Engineering recruiting experience
    2. Interest in challenging yourself to grow/develop with a collaborative team
    3. Passion for connecting with people and a drive to succeed
    4. Bachelor's degree preferred
    5. Previous experience supporting MSP programs desired but not required
    Compensation and benefits:
    1. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonus.
    2. Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401 (k).
    3. PTO package including paid holidays.
