Job description

Job Title: Distribution Center Associate
Location: 304 NE 200th Road, Warrensburg, MO 64093
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our departments.
Available Schedule and Shifts:
2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM-11:30 PM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.00 = $19.50/hr.
3rd Shift: (Sun-Thurs, 11 PM-7:30 AM): Base pay of $18.50 with a shift differential of $1.50 = $20.00/hr.
*Eligibility for Performance Incentive! (ARP+)* If eligible you can plan up to $ 7.53 per hour for exceeding performance expectations.
Positions:
Order Selection Department:
  • Pick in assigned location(s), while using a voice picking headset system.
  • Label boxes and move onto the conveyor line.
  • Meet production goals.

Shipping Department:
  • Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers.
  • Meet Production goals.

Job Requirements:
*No certifications required - just a strong work ethic. *
  • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour.
  • Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8 hours per shift.
  • Reliable attendance and transportation.
