This position operates in a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time effectively while ensuring clients receive the support they need. While the position is remote, our outpatient office in Gilbert serves as a hub for regular meetings and collaborative sessions with fellow team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, tailoring the approach to suit each client's distinct history and context.
  • Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans that align with the clients' goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and client feedback.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Guide clients through coping mechanisms, self-efficacy strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their mental health effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring that clients receive holistic and integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of clients’ treatment and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients experiencing various issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts. You will be equipped to provide therapeutic support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet the cultural, social, and emotional needs of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing counseling service across various formats: individual, couple, and group therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A non-judgmental, empathetic approach to counseling that fosters a safe space for clients.
  • A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' varying availability.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competence in mental health practice.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent upon experience and caseload requirements.
