With over 35 years in business, with Delta-T Group has built a reputation for referring highly qualified professionals for rewarding short and long-term independent contract opportunities.Our Client is seeking a reliable and attentive DSP/Residential Aide to provide support Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a group home. Compensation: $17-$18 per hour
*Promote intellectual, emotional, and social growth.*Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.*Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, care and concern.*Assist Consumers with daily nutrition and their medications (as needed)*Transport Consumers to appointments (as needed)CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*Valid Driver's License (not required but helpful)*Ability to complete and pass mandated clearances.*Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.*Must be comfortable toileting.
