Deep Logic Therapy, LLC is seeking passionate and qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in a fully remote setting. Work Environment

This position is designed for licensed mental health professionals looking for a remote work setting through telehealth. You will engage with clients using advanced digital platforms that ensure confidentiality and accessibility. Flexible scheduling allows you to adapt to patient needs while maintaining work-life balance. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups focused on fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health concerns within our patient population.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to create a comprehensive care approach for each patient, ensuring they receive holistic treatment.
• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate crisis intervention and support, tailored to the unique needs of those in distress.
• Educate patients about mental health issues, various treatment methods, and available community support resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to continuously refine therapeutic approaches and share insights with colleagues.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research, practices, and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will address the diverse mental health needs of individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults. You will play a crucial role in supporting patients who are experiencing acute mental health crises or long-term psychological disorders, ensuring that everyone receives compassionate and competent care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment strategies, and therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated capability in performing comprehensive mental health evaluations and developing actionable treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with patients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and possess sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Competency in electronic health record systems and the integration of technology in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience delivering therapy to a diverse patient demographic is preferred, along with familiarity in managing complex cases involving co-occurring disorders. Knowledge in trauma-informed care practices is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
