Work Environment

The role is entirely remote, allowing you to optimize your work-life balance while delivering essential services to the community. Operating Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patients’ needs, our clinic supports both professional independence and teamwork among care providers. You'll utilize advanced telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline your work and maintain effective communication with colleagues and patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist at Deep Logic Therapy, your duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, focusing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to foster community support and engagement among patients.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Providing crisis intervention services and support, ensuring timely and appropriate responses during mental health emergencies.
  • Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources that can aid recovery.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Participating in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Staying informed on the latest research in mental health practices to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
  • A solid understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies applicable to diverse populations.
  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate strong therapeutic alliances.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries in every interaction.
Preferred Experience

Although not required, preference will be given to candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with modern EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
  • A track record of successful casework in outpatient settings.
