Tes responsabilités

Dans ton rôle Conseiller(ère) sénior(e) - Analytique RH et Intelligence d'affaires, ton quotidien sera rythmé de défis stimulants qui te permettront de déployer pleinement ton talent. 

Ton champ d’actions : 

  • Analyser les données RH afin d'identifier les tendances, les enjeux et les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Produire des analyses, rapports et recommandations soutenant les décisions stratégiques de la direction.
  • Participer à la définition des standards, des processus et des bonnes pratiques de gestion des données.
  • Identifier les besoins en matière de collecte, de structuration et d'exploitation des données.
  • Traduire les besoins d'affaires en exigences fonctionnelles pour les systèmes et outils RH.
  • Participer à la sélection, à l'implantation ou à l'optimisation de solutions technologiques liées aux données RH.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des équipes RH et des partenaires d'affaires en matière d'analytique.
  • Soutenir l'implantation de projets d'amélioration continue basés sur les données.
Les qualifications requises

Tu es naturellement à ta place dans le poste de Conseiller(ère) sénior(e) - Analytique RH et Intelligence d'affaires si tu te reconnais :

  • Fort intérêt pour l'analyse, l'amélioration des processus et la prise de décision basée sur les données.
  • Capacité à vulgariser l'information et à influencer différents partenaires, en français et en anglais.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de présentation.
  • Esprit critique et approche orientée vers les résultats.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en transformation.
Les exigences d'emploi
  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires, intelligence d'affaires, analytique, statistiques ou dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Formation complémentaire en analytique de données ou en intelligence d'affaires (atout).
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle lié à l'analytique RH, à l'intelligence d'affaires ou à l'amélioration de processus.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données.
  • Connaissance des systèmes d'information RH (Power BI, SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce, SAP, etc.) considérée comme un atout.
