Client Service Specialist
Logistics
$23.50 per hour
Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Lockbourne, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, and service
- Determine the root cause of client concerns, identify and explain the best solution, and expedite corrections or adjustments
- Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma
- Strong client service and active listening skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Freight forwarding knowledge
- Solid documentation skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
