• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring efficient warehouse operations through the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), cycle counting, and adherence to operational procedures. 
• The role involves supporting inventory accuracy, maintaining cleanliness standards, fulfilling Kanban system requirements, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety guidelines.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Basic Microsoft and computer knowledge.
• Ability to operate Warehouse Management Systems for inventory accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and policies consistently.
• Ability to complete required PIV training and equipment qualification.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ability to learn and process transactions through WMS systems.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs and working at heights up to 10 ft.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience OR 2-year associate degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Experience with basic to intermediate Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) preferred.
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS systems such as Costpoint or Cognos preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate WMS systems to maintain overall inventory accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts of stock on hand.
• Maintain 6S standards and cleanliness of the storeroom.
• Fulfill Kanban card system orders.
• Comply with operational procedures and company policies.
• Process inventory transactions both electronically and physically.
• Support inventory tracking and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in PIV training and equipment qualification within required timelines.
• Perform tasks involving ladders and material handling as required.
