Moog's Corporate Group is seeking an Investor Relations Manager!

As the Investor Relations Manager, you will play a key role in executing Moog's Investor Relations (IR) strategy by developing clear investor communications, ensuring financial accuracy, managing core IR processes, advancing investor targeting, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and delivering insight into shareholders, capital markets, sell-side views, and peer trends.

In this role, you will exercise strong judgment when working with sensitive financial, strategic, and disclosure-related information. You should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating across functions and senior stakeholders.

You will work a hybrid schedule at our East Aurora facility; therefore, you must live local to the Buffalo NY area.

To be considered for the Investor Relations Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, communications, business, or related field required.

  • At least seven (7) years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, capital markets, public-company communications, or related field.

  • Experience should also include a strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, public-company reporting cycles, capital markets dynamics, and investor decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to create concise, compelling, executive-ready materials under tight timelines.

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial, market, and investor information into actionable insights.

  • Experience using AI-enabled IR systems, and working through capital market, sell-side and shareholder reports.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • MBA, CPA, CFA progress, or related credentials.

  • Experience in aerospace and defense, industrials, manufacturing, or another complex technical business

As the Investor Relations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and execution of Moog's investor relations strategy, including core IR processes, priorities, and operating rhythms.

  • Develop accurate and compelling investor materials, including earnings content, presentations, releases, Q&A, scripts, website content, and leadership talking points.

  • Partner across finance, legal, marketing, and business teams to ensure materials are accurate, disclosure-ready, and aligned with Moog's narrative.

  • Analyze shareholder activity, targeting opportunities, sell-side research, peer performance, valuation trends, and capital markets developments.

  • Enhance the speed and quality of IR deliverables by leveraging AI-enabled tools and focusing on automating recurring workflows across.

  • Coordinate IR execution, including earnings timelines, conferences, roadshows, investor meetings, site visits, CRM administration, data integrity, workflow tools, reports and vendor platforms.

  • Summarize investor and analyst feedback into concise insights and recommended actions for IR and senior leadership.

  • Communicate professionally with investors and sell-side analysts while maintaining disclosure discipline and Reg FD awareness.
