Position Overview

Crystal Psychotherapy is seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers you the flexibility to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare while maintaining a work-life balance. We welcome applications from LMFTs who are committed to delivering outstanding mental health services and are eager to enhance their professional growth.

About the Organization

At Crystal Psychotherapy, we hold a steadfast belief in the power of integrated mental and physical healthcare. Our goal is to support individuals and families in leading healthier, more fulfilling lives by providing easy access to affordable and personalized mental health services. As one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practices in the country, our success hinges on the dedication of our staff and the innovative solutions we implement every day. We strive to create an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and every team member feels valued and empowered.

Work Environment

In this fully remote role, you will thrive in a supportive and collegial environment, accessing advanced digital technologies to facilitate therapy sessions seamlessly. Although you will primarily engage with clients virtually, you will also have opportunities for in-person sessions as needed at our modern outpatient facilities, located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Crystal Psychotherapy prioritizes your work-life balance, offering a flexible schedule while delivering comprehensive administrative support to help you focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT with Crystal Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Assessing client issues and challenges thoroughly, developing treatment plans that address their mental health needs effectively.
  • Addressing a variety of complex issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and the adjustment to separation and divorce.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities and team meetings to continuously improve therapy practices and organizational efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting families facing challenges such as remarriage, job stress, psychological and physical abuse, and internal family dynamics. Your compassion and skill will help pave the way for healthier relationships and improved mental wellness among your clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Preferred Experience

We highly value candidates who have experience working with various client demographics and specific issues related to family therapy. Newly licensed as well as experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Flexibility in working hours is essential, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits

Crystal Psychotherapy offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, we provide an above-market compensation structure with uncapped earnings potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and a 401k plan with a company match.
  • Paid parental leave, holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • A generous sign-on bonus.
  • Access to a collegial work atmosphere and newly designed, modern offices.
  • Long-term incentive stock awards to recognize your contributions to our mission.
Career Growth Opportunities

Cristal Psychotherapy is firmly committed to the professional development of our staff. We provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills as a therapist and foster opportunities for career advancement within our rapidly expanding organization. You will be supported in continuing your education and pursuing specialized interests that can enrich your practice.

Why Join Our Team

By joining Crystal Psychotherapy, you become part of a devoted team focused on making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You'll be empowered to implement your therapeutic approach in a supportive atmosphere that values collaboration and respect.
