Job Summary:
Crossfire Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Product Analyst to partner with stakeholders to build and enhance data products that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will manage collaboration across teams, translating business requirements into actionable documentation and ensuring successful implementation of data solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements for data products.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that guide development and delivery.
• Create and maintain product documentation, reporting materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data product requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Proactively communicate plans, progress, risks, and issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, and UX teams to support successful implementation.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Support testing activities by creating test plans, writing test cases and scripts, and logging defects.
• Prepare system documentation including process flows, customer journey maps, and business process models.
• Monitor product performance and collect feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements related to data products.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or data management within a digital environment
