Work Environment

This LICSW position will be performed in a remote setting, in alignment with our commitment to flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gather pertinent information and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant interventions tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Engaging in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other key professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Actively participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team knowledge.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families, equipping them to navigate mental health challenges and access community resources.
• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice for optimized treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals dealing with chronic mental health disorders to those facing situational stressors. Your expertise will be crucial in creating safe and supportive environments for clients to address their mental health needs. By utilizing solution-focused methods, you'll have a direct impact on their journeys to improved mental wellness and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required, showcasing your advanced academic background.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting, with a strong emphasis on delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques, demonstrating your capacity to facilitate meaningful transformations for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, empathetic connections with clients and team members alike.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills to confront complex clinical scenarios with confidence and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience requirement is two years, additional experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma-informed care is highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic software platforms and documentation tools is a plus, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of your practice.

Compensation and Benefits
