Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote mental health improvement.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, fostering self-insight and interpersonal understanding.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them to articulate and achieve their personal mental health goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively, and develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize our integrated counselor dashboard to manage your schedule, track client interactions, and deliver consistent care without administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus

• Clients are pre-screened stable adults with low acuity, ensuring a manageable caseload focused on therapeutic growth rather than crisis intervention.
• We prioritize matching counselors with clients based on specialty areas and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic relationship.
• By working with clients who have stable conditions, counselors can develop long-term strategies that foster sustainable mental health improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• You must possess an unrestricted clinical license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Proficient in making professional evaluations, determining appropriate treatment planning, and implementing recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills should complement a compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling.
• Technical proficiency is required; candidates must be comfortable using digital platforms for counseling.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role or outpatient setting is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and evidence-based practices for improving patient outcomes is a plus.
• Experience with digital counseling tools and telehealth technology will be beneficial in enhancing service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually based on hours worked and experience.
• Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
