Kia Product SpecialistCrain Kia of Fayetteville

Do you enjoy working with people and helping them make important decisions? Are you passionate about technology, customer service, and creating an outstanding experience?

Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Kia Product Specialists. No automotive experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know about our award-winning vehicles and sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional first impression
  • Learn and become an expert on Kia vehicles, features, safety systems, and technology
  • Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
  • Conduct engaging walk-arounds and test drives
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology, connectivity, and convenience features

Qualifications

  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, and outside sales experience are encouraged to apply
