As the Human Resources Department of Nevada County works to become one of the best HR Departments in the State, we are excited to add to our team. The position will be responsible for talent management, benefits administration, high-performance organization initiatives, process improvement, organizational development, providing recruiting and tactical support for our county departments and offices, and much more in the exciting world of HR.

Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, accounting, human resources, or a related field is preferred. Licenses and Certificates Possession of a valid California driver's license within 30 days of hire. Typing at a net rate of 40 wpm.
