Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, guiding them as they navigate their clinical paths and helping develop their skills in real-world settings.
  • Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to address various mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and accurate records within the established electronic health record system, adhering to compliance and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in psychology and clinical practices, and integrate new techniques into your therapeutic approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, representing a wide array of life experiences and mental health needs. Your role impacts individuals, couples, and families, providing vital support and guidance as they work through personal challenges. Qualifications
  • Hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a valid state license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) to practice as a mental health therapist.
  • Have professional liability insurance coverage.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring trainees or practicum students.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Prior experience working in a community health setting or group practice is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $140,000, including a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our compensation package also features:
