Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, structured supervision to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or currently enrolled in a master’s program, facilitating their growth and development as emerging therapists.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based practices that promote positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mental health, integrating relevant practices into your clinical approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The population served at Counseling Path Services includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients in a compassionate and culturally competent manner, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), along with professional liability insurance.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supervising graduate students or interns.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based strategies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000.
