REVENUE CYCLE ANALYST
LOCATION: DFW Area, TX | Onsite Training ? Remote (must reside in the DFW area)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

ROLE IMPACT
The Revenue Cycle Analyst helps ensure healthcare claims are accurately priced and reimbursed according to payer contracts, fee schedules, and applicable guidelines. This role analyzes claims and reconciliation data, identifies payment and reimbursement variances, and supports accurate resolution across multiple business units and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review, analyze, adjust, and reprice healthcare claims according to payer contracts, fee schedules, contracted guidelines, and reimbursement requirements.
• Identify errors in reconciliation files and analyze payment, contract, reimbursement, and data variances across multiple work streams and business units.
• Analyze claims data for billing errors and contractual overpayments and identify trends that improve accuracy and efficiency in claim processing.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation of departmental analysis and data sources and support Product and Account Management teams with payment and data variance trend analysis.
• Protect the confidentiality and security of all medical records, Protected Health Information (PHI), and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Claims repricing, pricing configuration, or provider maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with demonstrated knowledge of healthcare claims processing, reimbursement, CMS guidelines, and ICD-10 coding guidelines as applicable.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, payer reimbursement methodologies, billing protocols, and DRG validation, as applicable.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
