Our client is seeking a General Manager (Campus Operations, Startup / Logistics) to join their team on-site at a university campus.

A Day in the Life of the General Manager

In this role, you'll act as the on-campus owner-operator of a Snag Delivery location, running daily operations while driving growth and brand awareness. You'll lead a team, manage logistics, and execute marketing initiatives to build a high-performing campus delivery business. This position plays a critical role in expanding Snag's footprint and delivering a seamless, fast convenience experience to college students.


Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of student delivery drivers
  • Oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment and logistics coordination
  • Drive campus awareness through events, student organizations, and grassroots marketing
  • Manage inventory, staffing, and overall execution quality
  • Act as the primary on-campus representative and face of the brand
  • Set goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Support expansion efforts and scale operations based on demand


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong campus involvement with a well-established student network preferred
  • Proven leadership or team management experience (clubs, athletics, Greek life, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great experiences
  • Ability to problem-solve and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
