About the Role
Our Client is seeking a Store General Manager for a bakery location in Sandy Springs, GA. Full-time position in the Operations department reporting to the Regional Director.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures across the bakery
- Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs
- Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve performance
- Maintain brand standards in product quality, service, and store presentation
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Train, coach, and support franchisee and staff on operational excellence and service standards
- Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimize waste
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values
- Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to implement new initiatives
- Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts
- Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation within the community
- Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to franchisee and corporate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful bakery management history
- Experience with bread (preferred)
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Korean Language not required
