  • Meet with families to answer questions and help them understand their home care options
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and community outreach events
  • Follow up with referral partners and maintain strong relationships
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure every new client has an exceptional experience
  • Track referrals, outreach activities, and pipeline growth using our CRM

Successful candidates often come from:

  • Want to make a meaningful impact in your community

What Success Looks Like

  • Build a strong referral network throughout Washington, DC and Montgomery County
  • Become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals and community partners
  • Generate consistent referral growth
  • Help BrightStar Care become the first call when families need care at home

Compensation & Benefits

  • Company vehicle
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
