In this role, you don't just sell software; you act as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers, defining multi-year strategic roadmaps and translating complex business challenges into high-value AI and cloud solutions. You will lead a massive virtual matrix team to deliver a unified vision, balancing short-term commercial execution with long-term partnership value.## What You’ll Actually Be DoingSuccess will be measured by your ability to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR), expand our strategic footprint within your assigned accounts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and successfully orchestrate internal matrixed teams to execute a unified account strategy.* **Drive the Account Vision:** Partner closely with co-account executives and stakeholders to define, own, and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategic roadmap for complex, top-tier accounts.* **Engage the C-Suite:** Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. Evangelize AI-powered solutions, platform ecosystems, and digital transformation through strategic, value-based selling and compelling Points of View (POVs).* **Orchestrate the Matrix:** Function as the "Strategic Quarterback" leading a large virtual team. Experience navigating complex regulatory environments, patient-centric digital care, and clinical/commercial transformation roadmaps.* **Financial Services:** Deep understanding of banking, capital markets, wealth management, or insurance. Experience dealing with strict compliance frameworks, fintech disruptions, data privacy, and core legacy-to-cloud modernization strategies.* **Media & Communication:** Deep understanding of telecommunications, entertainment, streaming, or digital media networks.
