As the IT Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Risk Management

    • IT Risk Assessment



  • Cybersecurity

    • Framework Assessment (NIST)

    • Ransomware Assessment (RSTAT)



  • Asset Management

    • Hardware

    • Software

    • Mobile Devices



  • Facilitate IT Audits/Examinations

  • Conduct Vendor Management Program

  • Security Awareness

  • Incident Response

  • Business Continuity

  • Social Engineering

  • Network Assessment

  • IT infrastructure

  • Phone System Management

  • Applicable policy ownership including:

    • IT

    • Information Security

    • Change Management

    • Vendor Management



  • Lead internal IT Steering Committee

  • Develop and implement IT Roadmap consistent with organizational strategy

  • Responsible for annual IT budget and IT project management

  • Provide help desk support to users.

  • Manage additional staff member/back up as well as third party managed IT provider/vendor

  • Stay current on IT news through reading, education, industry networks

  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5-7 years of progressive IT experience required, banking IT experience preferred

  • 3+ years of leadership experience

  • Extensive Knowledge of Office 365, Aristotle Insight, Tandem, Tenable, KnowB4

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

  • Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility
