Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, intake interviews, and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to deliver impactful mental health services.
  • Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions with a focus on fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to devise and implement client-centered care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, offering you a rich and rewarding professional experience that can significantly enhance your skills as a counselor.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a strong preference for candidates with clinical experience.
  • Deep understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards, ensuring compliance within practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
  • Familiarity with virtual care platforms and telehealth technologies.
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating proficiency in managing client interactions virtually.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, flexible work schedules, and the potential for uncapped earnings based on caseload management.
