Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.
• Completing timely documentation and record-keeping for all your clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational standards.
• Scheduling and managing ongoing appointments with your clients, utilizing an updated calendar and scheduling system to maintain organization.
• Collaborating with a billing service to manage client claims, insurance accounts, eligibility checks, and payment plans efficiently, allowing you to focus primarily on providing care.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address diverse clinical presentations, promoting effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will involve working compassionately with individuals and couples seeking mental health support. You will engage with clients experiencing a myriad of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, along with an active and independent LCSW licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Our compensation structure includes:

• A competitive hourly rate as a W2 employee, offering financial stability and security.
