Work Environment

This role is designed for remote work within the Tucson, Arizona area, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing care. Our organization embraces a flexible work schedule that accommodates both full-time and part-time employees. The remote work model ensures you are equipped to provide care through telemedicine as well as face-to-face interactions, thus delivering convenient and accessible therapy options for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design holistic treatment approaches that improve client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops and staying current on advancements in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a varied client demographic, addressing an array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Our center actively supports individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring equitable access to psychological care that is respectful of each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• A strong comprehension of legal and ethical standards guiding mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes a sign-on bonus, generous health insurance options, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
