Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families through safe and confidential telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional and comforting environment.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ relational dynamics, mental health issues, and family contexts, tailoring treatment plans to suit their specific backgrounds and needs.
• Apply family systems theory and systemic interventions to help clients address communication breakdowns, relationship conflict, and family stressors, leading to improved familial bonds and emotional stability.
• Provide immediate support during crises, ensuring the safety of clients and their families, enabling them to navigate critical situations effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records that comply with legal and ethical standards, helping to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients on enhancing their communication, conflict resolution skills, and coping mechanisms to bolster healthier interactions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
