The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will operate in a fully remote setting, ensuring flexibility while maintaining productivity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews to identify mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed approaches.
  • Actively engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care that integrates medical, psychological, and social resources.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including initial assessments, progress notes, and treatment evaluations, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in regular professional development activities and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, including workshops, webinars, and peer consultation.
  • Uphold legal and ethical standards in all practices and interactions, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and respect for client rights.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
