Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health challenges and individual needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address identified concerns, ensuring they are measurable and client-centered.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage actively in regular supervision sessions and participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.
  • Adhere strictly to all mental health laws, ethical guidelines, and clinic policies ensuring client confidentiality and safety.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Complex Psychotherapy Center serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to mental health care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to conduct assessments and build therapeutic relationships.

  • Competence in managing a diverse caseload and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of various client backgrounds.
  • A background in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care management.
Compensation and Benefits
