    Location: Rapid City, SD
    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 10-hour days
    Are you passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment where your work truly makes a difference? If so, Complete Health wants YOU on our team!
    We're looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you'll support our providers, care for patients of all ages, and help ensure every visit is a positive experience.
    As a key member of our care team, you will:
    • Provide high-quality, age-appropriate patient care with professionalism and compassion
    • Collect and document patient information, including vital signs, health history, and chief complaints
    • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
    • Prepare exam rooms and ensure they're stocked and ready for each patient visit
    • Administer medications, perform lab work, and report critical results promptly
    • Educate patients and families on self-care and health management
    • Serve as a patient advocate-helping support and guide patients through their care journey

    • Experience in a clinic setting preferred but not required

    Requirements
    • A current South Dakota LPN license or training/experience as a Medical Assistant
    • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
    • One year experience in a clinic setting preferred
