The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our outpatient office located in Winslow, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
  • Perform daily documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system to track patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
  • Use your independent judgment to adjust treatment approaches and apply effective techniques based on patient responses and feedback.
  • Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying goals and interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations concerning physical therapy practice to maintain compliance and uphold our standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will provide individualized and group therapy sessions, focusing on rehabilitation exercises, pain management strategies, mobility improvement, and functionality optimization. Sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and needs of each patient is essential in fostering therapeutic relationships and achieving successful results.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, demonstrating proficiency in treatment techniques and patient care planning.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to handle complex treatment scenarios effectively.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in diverse clinical settings and may also hold specialty certifications in areas relevant to orthopedic therapy.
