Compassion Elevated Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Monroe Township, where our team collaborates closely to provide exceptional patient care. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will be integrated into a vibrant team atmosphere alongside fellow healthcare professionals who are dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive, patient-specific treatment plans that address orthopedic needs and facilitate recovery.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with referring physicians to ensure unified patient care.
  • Complete daily documentation accurately within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to track patient progress and outcomes.
  • Utilize clinical judgment to implement individualized treatment modalities that promote healing and enhance functionality.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and regularly assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, facilitating their rehabilitation from surgery, injury, or chronic pain. This position requires a strong commitment to improving patients' quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions and exercises aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) are preferred.
  • An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy practice, specifically in orthopedics, outpatient, geriatric, or acute care settings.
  • Expertise in orthopedic assessment, treatment techniques, and the development of patient care plans.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized orthopedic therapy techniques or experience with innovative rehabilitation technologies will stand out in the application process.
