As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals and families.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, addressing conflicts, and fostering healthy communication strategies.
• Providing individual therapy for family members to explore personal issues while maintaining a family-centered approach.
• Addressing a range of concerns such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward improved emotional health.
• Documenting progress and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

Your client focus will encompass a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with clients dealing with complex issues such as blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and communication difficulties. Your approach will be holistic, ensuring that every family member's voice is heard and addressed, thereby promoting an effective healing process for the entire family unit.

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
