• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations of new clients to devise effective treatment plans catered to their specific needs and situation.

You will be working primarily with a diverse range of clients within the community, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. • An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least two years of direct experience in providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical environment.
• A deep understanding of ethical practices and legal regulations surrounding counseling and therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and create meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and billing processes.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with the caseload and experience.
