Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients, determining their specific psychological needs and creating effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, customized to align with each client's unique circumstances.
  • Engage in collaborative care by working closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic treatment approach that best serves our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of care while navigating legal requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base consists of diverse individuals seeking mental health support for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an LPCC, you will have the opportunity to work with various demographics and specialize in areas such as trauma and substance abuse. Your expertise will guide clients through complex emotional challenges, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with specific populations such as families, couples, or individuals facing substance abuse challenges is desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for clinical documentation and client management is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and best practices in counseling.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience level. In addition to competitive pay, we offer an array of benefits including:
