Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness-based strategies.
  • Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Deliver comprehensive teletherapy services, accommodating clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual interactions.
  • Document client sessions and treatment updates accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and professional standards to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. By establishing trusting relationships, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve mental wellness and personal fulfillment.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as either LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a compatible field is required; a higher degree such as a master's or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • An empathetic, non-judgmental attitude with a strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practices.
  • Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in delivering telehealth therapy is highly desirable.
  • Background in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly with clients dealing with trauma or mood disorders.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate effective documentation and communication.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
