This full-time position allows you to provide individualized therapy and support to clients across Syracuse, New York, and beyond, all from the comfort of your own home. With an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, we offer competitive compensation that reflects your experience and caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches.
  • Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients and regularly monitor their progress toward achieving therapeutic objectives.
  • Utilize teletherapy tools to connect with clients and address any accessibility concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards.
  • Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
