Executive Secretaries And Administrative Assistants

Location: Stony Brook NY 11794
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (8:30 am to 5:00 Pm)
Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr
Position summary: Provides administrative and HR support to the Labor Relations team, including confidential file management, responding to inquiries, document processing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize digital and physical labor relations/HR files.
- Handle routine inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Scan, upload, and organize documents.
- Conduct file checks to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Handle strictly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with email, scheduling, and Zoom/video conferencing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Previous experience in Labor Relations or an HR department.
- Experience handling confidential employee or personnel records.
