We are looking for an Office Assistant for part time work in Ormond Beach.

Job Overview: The Office Assistant ensuring smooth daily operations by handling clerical tasks, managing communications, maintaining files, and providing excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Communication & Front Desk: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.

    • Correspondence: Sort, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels, restock breakrooms, and place orders to keep the office properly equipped
  2. Office Organization:
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory is stocked and readily available.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
  3. Communication:
