The Laundry Supervisor supports the Laundry Director with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role serves as a backup when the Director is unavailable but primarily focuses on assisting with scheduling, billing, and team support.

• Assist the Laundry Director with daily administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, reports)
• Help manage staff scheduling and timekeeping
• Support basic billing and data entry tasks
• Answer client questions and assist with requests as needed
• Step in to oversee operations only when the Director is not present
• Support staff on the floor to keep operations running smoothly
• Help maintain organization, communication, and workflow within the department

• Acts as support to the Laundry Director — not the primary decision-maker
• Helps keep administrative tasks organized and up to date
• Provides backup leadership only when needed
• Ensures communication between staff and Director stays clear

• Basic supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (scheduling, data entry, billing)
• Reliable and able to step up when needed
