As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining floors throughout assigned facilities
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, breakrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners
• Restocking restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue
• Responding promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs
• Following all company safety procedures and client security protocols
• Communicating professionally with supervisors, teammates, and customers
• Completing assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule
• Maintaining Clean Team's high standards of quality and professionalism

We're looking for candidates who are:

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Physically able to lift, bend, walk, stand, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
