Work Environment

This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your work environment while maintaining a full caseload. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions for clients dealing with mental health issues associated with substance abuse, utilizing effective treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with your clients, emphasizing solution-based interventions to facilitate recovery.
• Administer therapeutic interventions that align with the best practices for substance abuse recovery, engaging clients in their personal journey toward mental wellness.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and organizational standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress and patient interactions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance the continuity of care, engaging in regular case discussions to address complex client needs.
• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health resources and coping strategies, empowering them with the knowledge needed to support recovery.
• Stay current with the latest research in substance abuse therapy to continually improve practice methodology and patient outcomes.
• Manage your caseload to meet established treatment goals while adhering to the highest ethical standards in clinical practice.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, particularly in substance abuse therapy, is necessary to ensure you can effectively address our clients' needs.
• In-depth knowledge and application of solution-based interventions are crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and familiarity with advanced treatment technologies will enhance your ability to provide comprehensive and progressive care to our clients. Compensation and Benefits
