    Role Overview

    Jarrard is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to add to our growing team. This role will support multiple Partners as well as business development and office management. The ideal candidate is a team player who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and anticipate the needs of executives in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide daily support for multiple Partners, including but not limited to scheduling, travel, expense management, and team support

    • Support conference coordination, including registration and travel logistics

    • Plan and execute client engagement initiatives

    • Oversee office management and onsite meeting logistics

    • Cross-collaboration with other Executive Assistants

    Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support

    • Proven track record in travel coordination and event management

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration platforms

    • Experience managing vendor relationships and client-facing logistics

    Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Jarrard offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
