Job description

Are you a BCaBA who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment? At Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, we provide full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is clear: deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, so every child has the best chance to thrive. As a BCaBA, you'll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians, all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey.
Compensation & Incentives - Earn a base salary of $70,000-$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
Why Grow Your Career at Centria?
  • Early Intervention, Big Impact - Help shape a child's future during the years when ABA therapy can make the most significant developmental difference.
  • Purpose-Built Centers - Our LSAA centers are thoughtfully designed for children 5 and under, with low-distraction spaces, play-based learning areas, and a strong emphasis on routines and safety.
  • Clinical Quality First - We prioritize outcomes, not billables. Our proprietary CareConnect platform streamlines everything from treatment planning to data collection so you can stay focused on care, not paperwork.
  • Assent-Based and Play-Focused - We blend Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment into a compassionate, assent-based model, centered around joyful, meaningful learning.
  • Real Work-Life Balance - Predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams mean no last-minute chaos and no burnout.
  • You're Never Alone - With layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and our Clinical Excellence Team, you'll always have someone in your corner.
  • No Operational Headaches - We handle the logistics. From scheduling to onboarding of technicians, our operations team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Mentorship & Supervision - Get structured support from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Excellence Leaders, and if you're pursuing your BCBA credential, we'll help guide your supervision and next steps.
  • We Invest in You - From CEU stipends and paid CEU days to exclusive internal training events, we're serious about keeping you sharp and helping you level up.
  • Meaningful Perks
    • CEU opportunities and professional development stipends
    • Early wage access through Rain. Get paid as soon as the next day.
    • Access to our Employee Assistance Program for mental health and wellness
    • Discounts through our Benefit Hub with hundreds of major retailers
What You'll Do as a BCaBA:
  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
  • Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria's assent-based, child-centered philosophy

At Centria, BCaBAs are more than assistants; they're trusted teammates, emerging leaders, and essential to our mission of delivering high-quality, ethical ABA therapy. If you're ready to make an impact while advancing your career, apply today and join a team that believes in your future.
